Training and Education Services

The foundation of all successful software implementations is the education of the
personnel responsible for it's day to day use. Your employees need to learn the
new system and become comfortable with it's features. They need to understand
how they can apply the tools they are being presented with to be able to perform
their work more efficiently and more accurately.

Horizon Software recognizes this and provides you with several curriculum alternatives, so you can choose the form of training that best suites your environment.

Instructor Led Web/Conference Based Training

Our instructor led web-based training is designed to educate the MRP Plus user in the most cost-effective manner possible. Classes are held during normal working hours via conference call or Internet connection. It is scheduled for 3 hours per day, 3 days per week, over a 3-week period. There are no limitations on the number of trainees that can observe at one time, however only 3 interactive sessions are supported.

MRP Plus On-site Training

On-site training is offered at a daily rate and taught by in-house MRP Plus instructors. The curriculum may vary from the established classroom training based upon client requirements. Horizon Software, Inc. supplies all training manuals and course databases. The client is responsible for supplying classroom facilities, materials and equipment.
